I started blogging in 2009, when outfit posts were non-existent and there wasn't a dictionary term for "selfies". I was a recent Fashion Merchandising graduate looking to stay in touch with the fashion industry. Blogger Conferences were never an option. To see fashion blogging grow to something so enormous and incredible gives me the best feeling, and I can't believe I was able to participate in my first LuckyFABB conference this year. The events scattered from Thursday afternoon to Saturday evening right down the street from me in LA!
First, I stopped by Blow Me Away Blow Dry Bar for the Wendy's #NewSaladCollection Event! I got to try the new Asian Cashew Salad and walked away with a fresh blowout for the evening's festivities.
I was so nervous to attend the actual conference - I didn't know anybody that was going to be there! I was pleasantly surprised to have met a new friend in a matter of seconds after arrival. March from The PTown Girls isn't only the first girl I met, but pretty much the same exact person as me. We instantly hit it off and I think we share the same brainwaves. There's definitely a long lasting friendship in the cards with her, as well as all of the other bloggers I met throughout this experience.

Head to Toe in Madewell
After a long day of incredible speakers and hours of networking, some fellow bloggers and I headed over to the LookMazing/Madewell event at The Grove. We got to shop the store, style our own Coachella looks, and model them! By the way, if you like this outfit, head over to LookMazing and "WINK" at my look! I could win a $100 Madewell gift card!
The last day of LuckyFABB was full of photos and brunch (obviously my favorite - food and mimosas!). It made me realize not only how much I learned about blogging, but how quickly you can bond with other people. Bloggers connect so quickly because our little community is so hard to understand from the outside, and I wouldn't trade these ladies that I met for the world.

I can't wait for the next LuckyFABB event, and to the bloggers I know that have not attended one of these conferences: DO IT!
Below are some photos that a nabbed from the Lucky Magazine Instagram - I got to see all of these sensational and incredibly successful individuals speak. They were so kind and inspiring. What an unforgettable experience:
Nasty Gal CEO Sophia Amoruso
House of Harlow Founder Nicole Richie
Supermodel (and blogger!) Coco Rocha
Supermodel Karolina Kurkova and blogger of Song of Style Aimee Song
