Happy Christmas, y'all! I've got a few photos to catch up on for posts, so try to imagine snow on the ground in these photos instead of bright autumn leaves.
Peplum has been a huge trend this past year giving women a flirtatiously slimming yet curve inducing silhouette to play with. Skirts, dresses, and even pants have embraced this trend that is flattering on ladies of all shapes and sizes.
I got this peplum skirt a few years ago and I'm glad I kept it around - another reason I can't purge anything in my closet - I know it will always come back in style.
Aside from peplum, I layered a top that I otherwise rarely wear with a sash that came on a shirt I got from the thrift store. I love that the two of these pieces are the same pattern but different colors - it looks like they actually came together.
